This exploration focuses on using simple design methods and explores multiple possibilities to create joineries using the Table Saw.
The playful design aims to create visually engaging forms that can be attached in multiple ways.
Before creating the puzzles, I experimented with the forms that could be created using the same joining mechanism. Eventually, I chose the shift the focus on engaging with the joinery aspect of the puzzle rather than the form. There is a simple joy in bringing things together and this simple rectangular shape creates that.
